NOVEC 1230 NFD & NFG Series

Automatic “A” and Manual/Automatic “M” (USCG approved) SEA-FIRE NovecTM 1230 NFD & NFGFire Suppression Systems are designed to protect enclosed compartments. All NFD & NFG systems operate automatically through heat activation. Discharge will occur when the sensor valve temperature rises to the system activation range as shown on the specification label attached to each unit. Units with a “M” designation provide for a manual release capability as well. NFD & NFG systems are designed to induce a minimum atmospheric concentration of 5.85% within the protected compartment. Each system is equipped with a factory installed pressure switch which is intended for cylinder pressure supervision and may also be used to control other electrical functions (engine shutdown, air exchange equipment i.e fans & blowers, etc).
